Terms and Conditions

 

Any purchases from Partiloons are subject to agreement to these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions may change from time to time so please read through them carefully before placing your order. 

  • Partiloons

 

Partiloons operates under Dee Zee Parties Limited. We are based at 419 Roman Road, London E3 5QS. 

 

Partiloons sell party goods, print service, personalised balloons, and other goods, and helium filling service from our shop.

  • Ordering from Partiloons 

 

When you place an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the courts of England and Wales. 

 

All prices and information on our website are invitations to treat and placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All such offers are subject to acceptance by Partiloons.  

 

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated email informing you that we have received your order – this is not an acceptance of the offer. 

 

The contract will be formed once Partiloons sends you a ‘confirmation [or some other email title]’ 

The contract between you and Partiloons will only be formed once we send you the second confirmation email.

  • Personalised Products

 

All personalisation is completed in accordance with your demands, we will not be liable for any spelling errors or mistakes included in your personalisation request. 

 

We can not guarantee that personalisation will look exactly like example pictures. 

 

Personalisation will vary for each product and Partiloons reserves the full creative license over the arrangement of balloons, the size of writing, and the final personalized product. 

 

Personalisation will last for at least 3 days in room temperature conditions, direct sunlight will cause vinyl lettering to peel as the adhesive will melt. 

 

Partiloons is not liable for peeling vinyl due to adverse conditions. 

  • Helium-filled balloons

 

Balloons are perishable by nature, longevity is subject to strict adherence to our Balloon Care Guidelines. [can be found here]. 

 

Our foil balloons will last for at least 3 days before deflation begins. 

 

Latex balloons will last for 7  12 hours unless balloon treatment is applied. 

Latex balloons with balloon treatment will last for at least 3 days. 

 

Balloons must be treated with care and Partiloons cannot be liable for any damage caused by rough handling, adverse conditions or any other violation of our Balloon Care Guidelines.

  • Balloon Bouquets

 

Partiloons reserves the full creative authority over our balloon packages.

 

All balloon bouquets will be arranged as Partiloons staff see best. 

 

All pictures of balloon bouquets are only guidelines for how the final product will be. 

 

Partiloons cannot be held liable for final products not matching guideline pictures. 

  • Promotions

 

All of Partiloons promotions, including bouquet packages and Instagram discounts, are solely at the discretion of Partiloons staff. 

 

We reserve the right to vary our promotion prices at any time. 

 

Any discounts offered will only be valid for 6 months and are subject to proof of confirmation. 

  • Changing an Order

 

Partiloons require 48-hour notice to change the details of a balloon order. 

 

Any changes will not be considered confirmed unless Partiloons communicates acceptance of the new order details. 

 

Partiloons is not able to change the details of any order within 48 hours of the order date as the order would have entered the production process. 

 

For non-helium products, Partiloons requires 24 hours notice before dispatch to change the details of an order. 

 

To return non-faulty items Partiloons reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the order. 

  • Faulty Products

 

Partiloons are not liable for damage to balloons once they have left our shop. 

All customers will be entitled to inspect the product before they take possession of it to ensure they are fit for the purpose. 

 

Balloons are perishable by nature and Partiloons cannot be held liable for damage caused by extraneous conditions, such as the weather or rough handling, 

All balloons must be handled carefully and in strict accordance with our balloon care guidelines [available here]. 

 

For delivered balloons, we cannot be held liable for damage during transit. 

We will advise couriers on proper safety guidelines. 

 

For faulty delivered balloons, Partiloons must receive notice of any damage, within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Partiloons cannot process any discounts if an image detailing damage is not received within 24 hours of the balloon being delivered. 

 

All refunds will take up to 30 working days to be processed following confirmation of any discount. 

  • Delivery

 

Partiloons runs mainly a collection service. 

 

Partiloons Delivery is a discretionary service offered to local customers. We reserve the right to vary this service according to business demand and capabilities. 

 

Delivery by a courier is a Partiloons brokered service. We reserve the right to discontinue 

this offer at any time.
