Do you deliver?
- We can deliver flat-packed balloons in 3-5 days.
- For helium balloons, we run mainly a collection service.

Can we return balloons?
- Our personalized and inflated balloons cannot be reused, therefore, we are unable to process returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.
What do I do if my balloons are faulty?
- We make sure all our balloons are in perfect condition before they leave our store.
- You will have an opportunity to inspect your balloons in-store to make sure you are happy with the product.
- We cannot be held liable if balloons are damaged in transit after they have left the store or if popped due to rough handling.
- As balloon products are perishable by nature, we cannot issue any discounts if an image detailing the damage is not received within 24 hours of their arrival.
How long does delivery take?
- Delivery takes at least 2 days – a day for us to prepare the order and next day courier service.
- Delivery is organized by our courier, with whom you can track your parcel.
- Please note: Please make sure that someone is available to receive your parcel. If no one is available it will be delivered on a different day.
